1. 我可以退款或退貨嗎？
數碼產品（教學編織圖）
所有電子檔案及數碼產品（包括編織圖解、PDF 教學及可下載內容）均屬非實體商品，一經購買，恕不設退款、退換或取消訂單。
請於購買前確認所選商品及內容是否正確。
手作及訂製產品
所有手作產品均為人手製作，可能存在輕微手工痕跡或個別差異，此屬正常情況，亦是每件作品獨一無二的特色。除寄錯商品外，所有手作及訂製產品恕不設退款、退換或取消訂單。
如收到錯誤商品，請於收貨後 48 小時內聯絡我們，並提供相關照片以便跟進處理。
*顧客於本網站下單，即表示已閱讀、理解並同意本店之《送貨政策》及《退款政策》。本店保留拒絕不符合上述條件之退款或退換申請的權利。
Can I return or refund my order?
Digital Products (Patterns / PDF Tutorials)
Due to the nature of digital products, all crochet patterns, PDF tutorials, and downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Please ensure you have selected the correct item before placing your order.
Handmade & Personalised Products
As all handmade items are individually crafted, minor variations and slight imperfections are part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations, especially for personalised or made-to-order items, unless an incorrect item has been sent.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs for assessment. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
*By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
2. 我在 Instagram/社交媒體看到喜歡的款式，但官網找不到，還可以下單嗎？
當然可以！
由於我們是小型手作品牌，雖然會盡力保持官網內容更新，但部分作品可能尚未上架，亦有部分款式屬於季節限定、限量作品或暫時停售。
如您看到喜歡的款式，但未能在官網找到，歡迎隨時聯絡我們查詢。我們很樂意協助確認是否可以訂購，並提供相關訂製資訊。
I found an item on Instagram/social media, but it's not available on the website. Can I still place an order?
Absolutely!
As a small handmade business, we do our best to keep our website updated. However, some products may not have been uploaded yet, while others may be seasonal, limited edition, or currently unavailable.
If you have seen a design on our Instagram page or social media that is not listed on the website, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to let you know whether it is available for purchase and discuss possible customisation options.
3. 編織圖解、材料包與訂製品有什麼分別？
編織圖解（Pattern）
編織圖解為 PDF 電子教學，包含文字說明及步驟照片，引導您親手完成作品。圖解不包含任何材料。
材料包（DIY Pack）
材料包包含 PDF 圖解及製作作品所需的主要材料，例如毛冷、填充棉及配件等，讓您無需自行四處購買材料即可開始製作。
訂製品（Made to Order）
製成品為 Wanderer Handmade 親手製作完成的作品，可直接使用或送禮。
What's the difference between a Pattern, DIY Pack and Finished Product?
Pattern
A Pattern is a digital PDF tutorial that includes written instructions and step-by-step photos to guide you through creating your own item. No materials are included.
DIY Pack
A DIY Pack includes the PDF pattern together with the materials required to complete the project, such as yarn, stuffing, and accessories, so you can start crafting without sourcing materials separately.
